Todas las preparaciones se elaboran <\/span><b>in situ<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, garantizando frescura y calidad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La alimentaci\u00f3n ofrecida busca ser <\/span><b>saludable, equilibrada y acorde a los h\u00e1bitos de nuestra comunidad<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, contribuyendo al crecimiento y desarrollo de ni\u00f1os y adolescentes.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>La comensalidad en el comedor<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la nutrici\u00f3n, el comedor es tambi\u00e9n un espacio de <\/span><b>encuentro y convivencia<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Compartir la mesa, conversar y disfrutar de un mismo men\u00fa fortalece la vida comunitaria y ayuda a crear un ambiente arm\u00f3nico y de respeto mutuo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por eso, el colegio considera al comedor como un \u00e1mbito educativo en el que cada estudiante, familia y docente es parte activa de la organizaci\u00f3n y buen funcionamiento del servicio.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Responsabilidad compartida<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La alimentaci\u00f3n de los alumnos es una <\/span><b>responsabilidad central de las familias<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, quienes transmiten h\u00e1bitos y valores fundamentales en la vida cotidiana.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El colegio acompa\u00f1a este proceso con:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Talleres de nutrici\u00f3n y actividades educativas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, adaptados a cada nivel, a cargo de una <\/span><b>licenciada en nutrici\u00f3n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asesoramiento y auditor\u00edas conjuntas con la empresa Cooks.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estrategias para fomentar h\u00e1bitos alimentarios saludables y sostenibles en el tiempo.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se recomienda a las familias completar en casa el resto de las comidas diarias (desayuno, merienda y cena) de manera equilibrada y variada.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Servicio de viandas (a partir de 4\u00b0 grado)<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los alumnos desde 4\u00b0 a 6\u00b0 a\u00f1o primaria pueden optar por traer <\/span><b>vianda preparada en casa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. En estos casos, Cooks ofrece:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conservaci\u00f3n en heladera.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Calentamiento de la vianda.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Servicio en el \u00e1rea correspondiente.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El comedor provee adem\u00e1s:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vajilla completa (vaso, plato, cubiertos).<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Servilletas, condimentos y aderezos en sobres.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Agua y jugo.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Personal docente para acompa\u00f1amiento y cuidado en este momento.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>Organizaci\u00f3n y registro<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para asegurar el buen funcionamiento del servicio, las familias deben:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Inscribir semanalmente a su hijo\/a en la opci\u00f3n elegida (comedor o vianda), mediante el formulario correspondiente.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Notificar cambios hasta las 09:00 hs. de cada d\u00eda.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entregar la vianda antes de las 10 hs., en caso de optar por esa modalidad.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es importante recordar que la <\/span><b>cocina prioriza las preparaciones especiales \u00fanicamente ante patolog\u00edas o intolerancias alimentarias debidamente certificadas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (ej.: celiaqu\u00eda, diabetes). No se contemplan preferencias personales.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Caracter\u00edsticas del comedor escolar<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El servicio es <\/span><b>optativo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: la familia puede decidir si el alumno almuerza en el comedor, con vianda o en su hogar.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desde Nivel Inicial hasta 3\u00b0 a\u00f1o primaria <\/span><b>no hay servicio de viandas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desde 4\u00b0 a 6\u00b0 a\u00f1o primaria los alumnos pueden traer vianda o inscribirse en el comedor.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si el alumno no est\u00e1 inscripto en ninguna de estas modalidades, se entiende que ser\u00e1 retirado para almorzar fuera del colegio.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las familias tambi\u00e9n tienen la opci\u00f3n de retirar al alumno al mediod\u00eda y regresarlo para las clases de la tarde.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el comedor del Holmberg Schule, <\/span><b>muchas manos y corazones trabajan para que cada experiencia de almuerzo sea positiva y formativa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
